Come and join Worcester's longest running group ride established by Barney's Bicycle in conjunction with the Seven Hills Wheelmen for over 20 years. It is a performance oriented ride for those who aspire to perform better on their bike. Seasoned riders welcome all novice riders who wish to up their cycling game with this one hour workout ride. We regroup 3 times on this regular 17 mi. loop. Learn riding techniques and get equipment tips too. Great training for tri-athletes bike leg. It's fun for all, men, women, and youth riders too. Don't be shy, bring a friend!

Here's the deal.
Rollout is at 6:00 p.m. from the parking lot of Barney’s Bicycle, 582 Park Ave., Worcester.
Likely we will have one group averaging 17-20 mph and another averaging 14-16 mph. Leader will ride with the slowest group. Riders will regroup along the way.
RSVP to Craig.Peterson@umassmed.edu is recommended; it will save time at the start. Include your full name and phone number, and your emergency contact’s name and phone number.
Everyone will be asked to sign a liability waiver. Non-members are allowed to come on one Seven Hills Wheelmen ride as a guest, and after that they will be asked to join. Repeat guests are not covered by the club’s liability insurance.
Some Mondays we have no leader, so it’s Show ‘n’ Go. Typically this is announced on our Facebook page.
